Ready for an elevated dining experience at Shake Shack?

Between February 27 to March 2, the burger joint is launching "The Truffle Table" at 10 locations across the country, and taking reservations for its White Truffle Menu for $20 per person, plus tax.

The elevated dining experience comes complete with table service, fine china, a white tablecloth, and a multi-course tasting menu.

“We can’t wait to test this new fine dining experience with our guests to honor one of the most exquisite and luxurious ingredients in our pantry, the white truffle," said John Karangis, executive chef and vice president of Culinary Innovation at Shake Shack.

White truffles, an expensive and sought-after delicacy, are native to Italy, are were often chosen as gifts for kings and princes during the Renaissance, according to Tartufo.com, an online truffle marketplace.

Shake Shack's menu will feature real white truffle sauce, made with Regalis Foods' Organic White Truffle Arbequina Oil.
